Montchenot 1er cru
This cuvée comes only from the village of Villers Allerand, precisely from the hamlet of the village of Montchenot (my mother's village). Montchenot has the particularity of being the junction village between the small mountain and the large mountain, and shares the geology of the two regions (sand, clay and chalk).
Composition :
This cuvée comes only from our beautiful plots of Pinot Noir
It is vinified in barrels and aged for a year on lees in barrel.
