Tasting notes :
Eye : Golden yellow with a fine, lingering bead
Nose : really delicate with and toasty notes, ripped fruit, caramel and minerality.
Palate: A lovely fresh, vinous attack. This is an intense champagne that will do great justice to a meal, with lot of purity all over the tasting.
